In Calgary, Knit in Public day will be celebrated on Saturday June 13 from 10am-2pm on June 13th at Bowness Park. The event is sponsored by Stash. Ujamaa Grandmas have taken part for a few years to advertise our presence in Calgary and educate the public on what we do. We provide door prizes and enter the knitting/crochet races.
