 I hope you are all enjoying the summer and taking some well-deserved time to rest and recharge. Our summer months July and August have no campaign calls but I wanted to share a few upcoming events and reminders. I appreciate your continued support in keeping your groups informed and engaged.
 20th Celebration Registration
Registration for our 20th Celebration remains open. We are pleased to share that, to date, 109 participants have registered to attend in person and 16 have registered to participate virtually. Please encourage members of your groups to register if they have not already done so.

Twenty years ago, African and Canadian grandmothers came together to spark a global movement rooted in solidarity, care and community.
Now, in lead up to the 26th International AIDS Conference, we’re hosting a powerful panel of speakers, featuring grandmother leaders from Uganda, South Africa, Zimbabwe and Canada. They will reflect on the leadership of African grandmothers, international grandmothers’ solidarity, centring the priorities of older women, and shaping the future of the global HIV response.
