In May 2025, a group of dedicated Grandmothers to Grandmothers Campaign members from across Canada travelled to South Africa and Eswatini and met Stephen Lewis Foundation partners in their communities, including grandmothers and community leaders at GAPA (Grandmothers Against Poverty and AIDS) in Khayelitsha, South Africa.
